While the distance to Edgartown village is under a mile, the property is secluded at the end of a scenic private country lane. The place is a wonderful introduction to summer seaside life for children of all ages, including the very young, a magical paradise, and an investment in memories to be passed on to future generations.
Between the main house and the guest house, there are eleven bedrooms, ten with water views, and each with a distinctive character of its own, eight baths, six with water views, a spacious outdoor shower and changing room looking out over the seascape, and a four car garage.
A sixteen by thirty-four foot swimming pool, built in 2011, also has sweeping views of Nantucket Sound, and an outdoor kitchen and dining area.
There is room on the grounds for an additional building and perhaps a tennis court.
