There are seven double bedrooms and one single bedroom, each with a distinctive character of its own, and all have private baths. There is also a single bed in the Playhouse/Studio, in one of the two offices on the lower level and in the Carriage House living room but these are without attached baths.
The 300' sandy beach on Nantucket Sound is absolutely private and with its gently sloping, firm, sandy bottom it is ideal for swimming and boating for all ages. See family and guests having summertime fun in the beach pictures below.
There is a four car garage and a spacious outdoor shower and changing space.
There is ample room to expand buildings, to add a building, and put in a tennis court or even a swimming pool if desired.
